broker said was way too high, and you sold Prairie State for full price, the buyer did not counteroffer.
And the buyer has been as congenial and professional as you have been, almost like you sent a member
of your family to acquire us.
Along the way we had many meetings including Zoom, telephone, and in person. At no time did you
treat us and the potential buyers with anything but respect and cool, calm reassurances that the issues
at hand were resolvable based on your years of experience.
I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who might consider using your services.
